These terms describe the practical rules for using GiftTok while the service is in early public testing.
Use of the service
GiftTok is provided for lawful monitoring of public creator activity. Do not attempt to abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.
Accounts and access
Member features may change during testing. Free, Pro, and admin features can be adjusted as the product develops. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if the service is misused.
Data accuracy
GiftTok reports public activity and calculated estimates. Values may be delayed, incomplete, approximate, or affected by upstream availability. Do not treat any figure as financial advice or a guaranteed payment amount.
Payments
Paid access, where available, is handled through Stripe. Subscription status, expiry, refunds, and chargebacks may affect feature access automatically.
